  • Both yellow and purple sweet potatoes have good cancer prevention properties as they contain vitamin A.
  • Having dinner late at night on a regular basis can increase the chance of esophageal cancer.
  • Don’t eat more than 3 eggs per day, especially if you are diabetic, as it can increase your risk of heart disease.
  • A study for 2012 found that the chicken’s butt — a.k.a pope’s nose — is a nutritional powerhouse.
  • It is better to eat fruit before your meal.
  • Don’t drink tea during your menstruation period.

  • Don’t charge your cell phone or other electronic devices next to you when sleeping.
  • Drink 10 glasses of water a day to prevent bladder cancer.
  • Drink more water in the day time, and less at night.
  • Don’t drink more than two cups of coffee a day. Otherwise it may cause insomnia and gastric.
  • Eat less oily food. It takes five to seven hours to digest this type of food, and will make you feel tired.
  • Eat less after 5 pm.
  • Foods that can make you feel happy are deep sea fish, banana, grapefruit, whole wheat bread, spinach, garlic, pumpkin, low fat milk, chicken, peach.
  • Sleeping fewer than eight hours a day could deteriorate your brain function. Taking afternoon naps can help you look young.
