Why Is This Old Lady Not Willing to Get Out From Under a Bus?

What is this woman doing under a bus in Shandong Province? Definitely not repairing it.

An old lady crawled into the cramped space beneath the bus early on March 16 in the city of Jinan. When the story broke, she had been there for around six hours and said she was unwilling to leave til noon.

When other people tried getting her to come out from beneath the bus, she kept saying:

(Someone) cheated me out of $20,000. I won’t get out until he gives the money back.

A local resident said the lady had done the same thing the previous day.

Although there’s been plenty of discussion and suggested explanations about this online, the exact details as to how the lady was scammed are still unknown.

All we know is that the lady is from Shanxi and she is 71 years old, according to news.163.com.
