The Northeast United States has had a really wicked winter. Ridiculous cold and record snows have covered the roads and oceans.
That hasn’t stopped some die-hard surfers from throwing on their best wet suits and scoring some frozen waves.
In this video, New Jersey surfers Ben Graeff and Rob Kelly brave 29° F ocean temperatures (and even in some cases actually frozen over). With an air temperature of below 0° F.
