Do Gun Laws in Europe Work?

Gun laws differ throughout Europe. In Sweden half the population are armed while in the UK there are strict rules as per in Norway and France.

However in France there are still three million firearms that are registered and legal but there’s an estimated 16 million illicit firearms that have been sold on the French black-market.
