Ever Seen Sugar Blowing? It’s Like Balloon Twisting Meets Glass Blowing

I had no idea this was even possible til I saw this video!

Not sure I would want to eat it after all that rolling and blowing, but the street artist’s technique is definitely impressive. He made a pretty neat long, that is, a Chinese dragon.

The footage was taken in Xi’an, which is the capital of Shaanxi Province. Apparently this type of sugar sculpture isn’t made for consumption.

It’s almost as amazing as sugar painting.
