Reunited After 37 Years! Chinese Woman Lost as a Child Finds Her Family

A 43-year-old woman in Hunan Province was reunited with her family 37 years after she got lost, and was taken into care 450 miles away.

Jiang Ai-wu was six years old when she went missing while on an errand. She took a series of wrong trains trying to get home, and ended up in Jiangsu Province, according to Sina News.

Her family kept looking for her, and never forgot about her, even though they had no idea what had happened.

Ai-wu went on to have her own daughter, Mei, who decided to look for her mother’s family. She found them almost a year after contacting a missing persons website, even though they had relocated to Shanxi Province.
